As one sent of God, you should seek to improve the value of your personality knowing that you can only give what you have. Every so often, as you yield yourself to the Ministry of the Word and the Spirit, there ought to be a ‘new and improved’ you manifested all the time. 2 Corinthians 3:18 says: “And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.”
Pay attention to your personal development through careful planning and discipline. It is a positive changing process that indicates advancement and progress.
The scripture instructs us in Romans 12:2 (AMPC) not to “…be conformed to this world (this age), [fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but be transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind [by its new ideals and its new attitude], so that you may prove (for yourselves] what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His sight for you].”
The Lord expects you as a minister to constantly make personal and positive changes through His Word in your character, communication, conduct, motives, and fellowship with Him.
